“Only if you guarantee that not a drop of water would come inside the house……”- the shortest brief, seemingly easy at first. But as we investigated the causes- ranging from beating rain from south west, vulnerable structure with slight movements, corner windows and a curved window which made matters more difficult, it was evident that this 1 1/2 BHK home will be testing most of our skills not only in design but also in technologies & materials especially for waterproofing.
