A new student’s activity infrastructure on the campus had rendered the old one defunct and abandoned. The site being a low lying area ground water rise was a serious challenge.

Retrofitting this challenged structure so that it could facilitate a dedicated branch of State bank of India for IITB complete with a safety vault managed to test our professional abilities in every aspect. The shell roof which on preliminary inspection was considered for retrofit, turned out to be unfeasibly poor on detailed investigation. Replacing the floor with a raft complete with sub ground water drain provision.
