It is always heartening to be called again by your client to design, especially when they are moving to a larger space. In this case it happens to be a penthouse complete with a personal terrace overlooking Aarey forest on one side and the city on the other.

The layout was reconfigured to accommodate spacious 3 bedrooms, a study and an open kitchen. Three principles form the core of design- open layout connecting living, dining, kitchen and study on upper level; maximum height; an innovated staircase; and a minimally articulated landscaped terrace.
